Generaly the preliminary keywords start showing up in 3 months on the major search engines like Google and Bing and then keep improving gradually with regular search engine optimization/ SEO. While considering Google, since it has different TLDs/ Domains like Google.co.in, Google.com, Google.ru etc and the results vary across all TLDs, the local TLD for that native country is considered example if you are in India, Google.co.in will be considered. Though through will be/ could be similar results on others too.
